Hello!
My name is Michaelangelo and Talent is my art.
Michaelangelo Aranda | Founder, The Sistine Network
I began my career studying to become a teacher, driven by a desire to make a real impact and help others thrive. But when I entered the corporate world, I quickly saw how Human Resources too often prioritized compliance over compassion. I knew it could be different — and I’ve made it my mission to help reshape the field into something more human, more intuitive, and more meaningful.
Over the years, I’ve served in nearly every corner of HR: from compliance and benefits to payroll, recruiting, and learning & development. I’ve led training for Forbes 4-star hospitality teams, managed recruitment for one of the largest school districts in the country, and supported lean HR departments looking for breathing room and strategic support. Through it all, one thing has remained true: I believe in curating talent, not just filling roles.
At The Sistine Network, I blend a relationship-first approach with deep HR expertise. Whether it's matching an executive to a mission-aligned company, designing leadership development strategies, or offering fractional HR support to overwhelmed teams — I work with care, intention, and heart. Because there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Every team, every person, and every role deserves to be tailored.
My work is backed by professional certifications including the SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and Certified Hospitality Trainer (CHT) from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute. I studied Human Resource Management at Western Governors University as well as Organizational Leadership Development at Ashland University. These experiences, paired with my real-world work, continue to shape my strategic yet deeply human approach to talent.
My vision is to build a network where people are empowered to grow and harness their own art — their own brilliance. Because that’s the true meaning of human resources: treating people like people, and being a resource for their success.
“We must treat everyone as humans and be a resource for them. That is the true meaning of human resources.”
